Agtira is an innovative foodtech company that drives large-scale and sustainable food production in Sweden. Today, Agtira is Sweden's largest cucumber producer and has a clear ambition to replace a significant part of the imports through scalable and profitable cultivation in modern facilities. By producing cucumbers in Sweden, Agtira contributes to reduced transportation, increased self-sufficiency, and fresh products year-round.

Responsibilities
As a site manager in Härnösand, you have overall responsibility for the operations and staff on-site. You work closely with the daily operations and ensure that the work functions efficiently while maintaining a holistic perspective on the business. The role entails significant personal responsibility, and you will be the natural leader on-site, the one who sees what needs to be done, makes decisions, and drives improvements.

You are also responsible for four facilities in other locations in Norrland, where you make recurring visits approximately once a month.

Examples of responsibilities:
• Lead and develop staff in daily operations
• Ensure efficient flows, quality, and delivery in the operations
• Work cost-consciously and identify improvement and efficiency opportunities
• Have a helicopter perspective on the operations and drive changes as needed

We are looking for someone who
• Has experience in a leadership role
• Understands operational flows and how to drive delivery and production forward
• Is used to taking responsibility and making decisions in an operational environment

Experience in financial follow-up or working closely with finance or communication functions is an advantage.
